The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated backend engineers to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in designing and developing platforms critical in scaling cross-boarder payments.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements for software development projects.
Design and develop efficient and scalable backend services.
Advocate best practices, write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and maintain high test coverage.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless and efficient deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and implement improvements.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.S./M.S. degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
We use a number of languages in backend development: Erlang, Python, TypeScript, Clojure. Fluency in at least one of these languages is required.
Experience with PostgresQL and other database systems and middleware.
Experience with AWS services is a plus.
Experience with testing frameworks and unit/integration testing best practices.
Experience with loadtest and benchmark tools.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.

后端没有 Golang.. 😝
@snow64 Clojure 比重不高，主要是风控合规的部分。因为不同资深程度的候选人我们都考虑，差别会很大，所以没写薪资范围，会给出在国内市场有竞争力的薪酬。
